Aluminium guide roller is made of high quality aluminium alloy materials such as 6061. The aluminium billet becomes a tube-shaped profile with inner ribs to increase the strength after smelting & extrusion. The outer diameter ranges from 22mm to 200mm. Under the computer balancing correction process, the dynamic balance of the aluminium roller will equal or be smaller than 2g. With the application of sophisticated equipment and special tools, the surface gloss can reach 0.8 and the concentricity 0.02mm. With the specially processed axles and imported bearings, the guide rollers run smoothly at high speed. To meet the different needs from different industries, the roller surface can be processed differently. It's available for anodizing HV300, hard anodizing HV700, mirror hard anodizing HV700 treatments to have excellent scratch & abrasion resistance and sticking-proof performance.

Generally, aluminium guide roller has three standard types: with-shaft, shaft and through-shaft. There are five surface textures: cross, center, grooved, anilox or rolla line.

For an aluminium guide roller, the dimensions are determined mainly by seven indicators: outside diameter of the tube, outside diameter of the bearing, bearing thickness, roller length, axle length, outside diameter of axle and the total guide roller length.
